1. Advance payment and service confirmation
The reservation of the service is confirmed when the customer pays an advance payment of 50% of the total amount. Advance payment ensures that the service is planned and reserved for you on the agreed date. The remaining amount is due on the spot on the day of service, unless otherwise agreed.
2. Changes in the number of participants
Changes to reduce the number of participants can be made up to 5 days before the start of the event. Later changes (less than 5 days before the event) do not affect the initially agreed invoice amount.
3. Exceptional booking conditions (without advance payment)
If the advance payment is not applied, the customer confirms when placing the order that he or she guarantees 100% payment of the invoice to the supplier within 3 days after the service is rendered. This also includes situations where the actual number of participants is less than originally ordered.
4. Cancellation terms
If the reservation is cancelled at least 7 days before the event, 100% of the deposit will be refunded. In case of cancellation less than 7 days before the event, the deposit is non-refundable.
