Indietours` co-founder and tour guide Mairo Marmor is an experienced hiker, mountaineer, and kayaking instructor. Mairo has been involved in hiking and kayaking for more than 10 years.

Sirli Mangus-Marmor is an experienced entrepreneur looking for beauty, magic and warmth in all things, big or small. Sirli’s journeys before Indietours have first and foremost taken her within herself.

Together, they have laid the foundation for a different kind of hiking company that follows ethical and modern business principles but emphasizes the importance of a person’s inner world and their holistic development. Experiencing Nature, physical skills, and the appreciation of beauty are channels for achieving connection and balance in today’s hectic world.
